Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating Tinylog and providing our services.

Voice Companion (Pediatric AI Companion)

Tinylog offers an optional voice companion. It is turned off until you explicitly enable it. When you use it, we process your microphone audio during the session, a real-time transcript of the conversation, and the baby information you have logged (such as your baby's name, age, feedings, sleep, diaper changes, symptoms, and growth measurements) so that the assistant can answer your questions.

This audio and transcript are processed in real time by our voice-technology provider, ElevenLabs, and by Google's Gemini model (accessed through ElevenLabs), solely to operate the feature. We have enabled ElevenLabs' Zero Retention Mode, so your conversation audio, transcripts, and personal information are not recorded or stored by ElevenLabs after the call. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your content to train their AI models, and we do not use it for advertising. ElevenLabs is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which governs any international transfer of this data.

The voice companion provides general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace guidance from your pediatrician or other healthcare provider. You can decline it, you can stop using it at any time, and you can contact us at hello@dreamlike.co with any questions or requests regarding this data.
